And in more than one way these days if you live in the Midwest. We’ve been unseasonably cold up here in Minnesota this January. I know, I know…I can’t or shouldn’t really complain because I choose to live here, but brrrrrr, even I find it too cold and I love winter.
I got my first of a few packages with the new offerings from the Occasions and Sale-A-Bration catalogs last week and I had time to play a little today. It took me a long time to dig out and clean up after the fall craft sale season, so it feels good to be able to stamp what I want to stamp instead of filling craft sale inventory, I think this new Cool Treats Bundle (#145181) is just really sweet and lends itself to so many cute ideas. I thought it screamed for some rich pastels reminiscent of sherbet.
I get another package in the mail tomorrow and I hope to do some more playing and posting this week. Keep an eye out….
Also, I have posted my upcoming winter classes – check out the calendar on the right side of the page. I would love to have you join me at an upcoming get together! I’ll post some photos for the classes this week as well.
Happy Stamping and stay warm!!

There are never enough hours in the day…. I love this new suite, but I just don’t have any amount of time available to sit and crank out all the card ideas I have floating around in my head. I was able to pull together the card below in between a stamping class and car-pooling duties this afternoon. I think it turned out simple and clean. The stamps lend themselves well to be used as an accent to the card along with the washi tape. And the heavy navy blue baker’s twine give it a nice finishing touch.
Keep an eye out for more Floral Boutique cards in the very near future – I’ve got tons of ideas!

September 9, 2015
This is a birthday card I created for my 3 for $5 class on Thursday (9/10) and next Tuesday (9/15). The Sprinkles of Life set (139971) is so versatile and coordinates just great with the Tree Builder Punch (138295). BUT…one of the best things about this set is that for every purchase, Stampin’ Up! donates $3.00 to the Ronald McDonald House Charities©. RMHC© keeps families together and surrounded by love when their children are receiving medical treatment far from home. What a worthy cause to support! Please go to my website to place your order for this darling set and support RHMC© today!
Thanks for visiting and Happy Stamping!
